MP camps out overnight for animal welfare

One of the intriguing customs of the British Parliament is allowing Members of Parliament (MPs) to camp out overnight in Parliament for the privilege of introducing a private members bill. With two bills on animal welfare in mind, MP Kevin Foster recently did just that.
